Happy Monday!! Back day!!

So, with the help of a very good friend, I changed my diet a tad.  I was staving all the time so I added some PB and some more greens to my diet.  I'm 134.5 at 13 wks out and I need to keep my fat burning.  Back day for me.  I gotta build up my lats baby!! 

Weekend was good.  Cold but rainy here.  Beautiful sunny day here today though.  Gotta love Chicago weather.  NOT.  I'm super excited to have a little more fats in my diet to keep me energized!  Gym is tough when you're exhausted this far out.

So, training's good, diet's good and muscles are coming in that I didn't know I had!  All's well!!
