So, with the help of a very good friend, I changed my diet a tad. I was staving all the time so I added some PB and some more greens to my diet. I'm 134.5 at 13 wks out and I need to keep my fat burning. Back day for me. I gotta build up my lats baby!!
Weekend was good. Cold but rainy here. Beautiful sunny day here today though. Gotta love Chicago weather. NOT. I'm super excited to have a little more fats in my diet to keep me energized! Gym is tough when you're exhausted this far out.
So, training's good, diet's good and muscles are coming in that I didn't know I had! All's well!!

Happy Saturday!
Happy Saturday!! I spent some time pampering myself yesterday, got my hair done, which it needed BADLY! Today, I gotta hit the gym for my cardio and then it's off to see Bob Seger with my Mommy! Woooot! Can't wait. I saw him in April with my Aunt in Grand Rapids and I actually cried when he walked on stage! Amazing! Training and diet is going well. I'm hungry though.. not much food these days. 930 cal per day.. Gotta love it! I'm on my 2nd pro shake of the day... mmmmm Peeing every 5 min ;)

Leg day!!
It's leg day bitches!! Time to get that ham/glute tie in to come in like it should! Gotta WORK!!! Hich carb day today because of leg day, wooooot. Need the energy to get through the lift! Gonna kill it!! I might need a pee bag cuz I won't be able to get up ;)

I'm BACK!!!
Hello everyone.. Been a LOOOOOONG time. Too long, sorry about that!!
Per my last post in March of 2010 (yikes). I had shoulder surgery and lost touch with the world! I felt SOOOO sorry for myself and just grazed on everything I could find and went from my figure body to 153.5! I was so sick about it but I knew I couldn't work out the way I wanted to and I just felt so sorry for myself. BUT... all things must come to an end and in Jan of this year 2011, I decided enough was enough and I got my sorry ass back to the gym. I cardio'd myself like crazy cuz I knew what it was going to take to drop this fat and I did it. I went from 153.5 to 135.5 in 6 wks. Now.. I'm lifting hard and heavy in order to build my muscle back up.. It's amazing what muscle memory does. I feel great and I don't look to bad for taking almost a year off! Too bad it wasn't a REAL building year. Oh well..
So.....
I'm 14 wks out from my first show back this year. Aug. 13th ABA in Bollingbrook, IL. I have my sights set on 4 shows. Aug, Sept and 2 in Oct. Phew.. Not sure if that'll be possible but I'm gonna try my best! Nothin like a little motivation!!
Can't wait to continue writing and letting you all know what's been going on. Thanks for follolwing along!
